What is the difference between the Cathedral of Notre Dame, Reims and Cathedral of Notre Dame de Paris?

I am researching a project about the Notre Dame Cathedral in Paris. When I Googled the cathedral, I noticed that there is a Cathedral of Notre Dame, Reims and a Cathedral of Notre Dame de Paris. What is the difference between the two?

There are several more throughout the world, plus hundreds of churches with the same name. Its full name is 'Notre Dame de Paris'. There is another in Tournai, Belgium.
It simply means "Our lady" in French, referring to the Virgin Mary. The University of Notre Dame in South Bend Indiana is another example. There are many churches similarly named in Spanish
