children's fictional book mostly about this child whose house floodes, and they ride the water on a potty?
I used to read this book all the time when I was a kid, and now I can't remember what it was called. I think the main character is having a dream, and their house floods. The water carries them all through their house, and it picks up other family members along the way. Then it goes out into the street and later in the story, the water puts out a fire and the little kid gets a medal from the fire department. All this time, the kid has been riding a training potty, holding a teddy bear. I can't find the name of this book anywhere online: all I keep finding are potty training books, but it's not that, it's just a fictional story. Does anybody recognize this book?
