Why would a mother allow her daughter to see her father who is good with children every Saturday? She was born in a one night stand and the father does not pay child support because the law say that he does not have to. The law also says that the father has no legal rights over but his name is on the birth certificate. The law says that he has that right and they do that so they do not have to pay child support. Under the law the mother and the government is financially responsible for the child. That is usually how it goes. This is no the USA but in other countries.
