How do identify the original beehoney from mixed?
as it turns out there are a range of different types of honeys and realistically you can’t judge honey’s so easily unless you are an expert.
However, if you are just talking about watered down honey, then it is usually easy enough to look at the viscocity and the price.
I live in China, where most of the honey is watered down, so I can easily spot the real honey amongst the others.
Real honey will also often crystalize when left sit for a while, which can be dealt with by putting the bottle in hot water.
A little water in your honey is not that bad, and makes it flow easier and I know honey purests will kill me for saying such things.
