How shall I stop myself from eating so much?

I still feel hungry after my lunch/dinner. Sometimes i will request for another bowl of rice. When i’m bored i tend to snack too. What shall I do to cut away this habit? I have gained too much weight recently.

Well don’t allow yourself to get bored! Find something to do – whether that is exercising, going for a walk or hanging out with someone. If you want to avoid eating while bored, simply stop being bored!

If you are still hungry after dinner I would suggest you eat as much fruit as you desire BEFORE you meals. This is best because fruit is easy to digest, so you will get quick energy. You will also feel much more satisfied after your meal.

You see the reason you don’t feel satisfied is because your food takes longer to digest than 4-5 pieces of fruit…so you have to wait for it to digest to feel satisfied.
