What is a good player for Catholics to say every night before bed?

Or, what is the prayer that you say before you go to bed every night? Please include the words of the prayer if possible.

If possible, please may it be appropriate for a 13 year old boy to say before bed.

There are quite a few here.

I pray a decade of the Rosary, or pray the Lord’s Prayer before bed. But there are some nice one’s at the link that I might try out.
