This CD or book will teach to parents how much exercise is need for their children.
When it comes to family fitness, parents need to remember one important rule: like it or not, you are your child’s greatest role model.
Therefore, it’s not enough to just tell your child that they need to eat right and exercise – you need to show them how you are following a healthy lifestyle, as well, and set a good example.
It is never too early to expose children to exercise – in fact, if parents get children into the habit of exercising while they are young; it is a gift that will last a lifetime. The goal is healthy eating and exercise habits that stay with your family for life.
Also from this book children able read about different types of exercise and how it keeps us in good shape.
Exercise keeps us in good shape.
Exercise means moving: running, walking, hopping.
Exercise makes our bodies strong and makes us feel good.
New research shows that music has a positive influence on young children’s cognitive skills such as spatial reasoning and memory. Research also shows that providing children with a rich and stimulating environment involving all the senses, including the auditory sense, can support children’s healthy growth and development.
Start your kids exercising early. This will help them keep from becoming overweight, and from developing health risks later in life. If you start a routine young enough, they will carry it into adulthood and always enjoy physical fitness. For more information visit today www.edact.com

Where’s a good place to start to submit artwork for Children book illustrations?
I have been told by many that my artwork is good enough and would be really good to use for children book illustrations. Does anyone know what is the best way to or know any leads on how to break into this field? I have search many sites looking for companies or opportunities to submit some of my work. I would greatly appreciate anyone’s help, thanks.
This list includes a bunch of publishing companies that often accept portfolio submissions from illustrators. Find the companies that you think would be best for you and submit. Then hope you catch someone’s eye, because it is all very very hard.
