I starting out in Avon and Usborne Books. What is the best way of booking an event?
Should I just hold my own home event or check out if I can get a space at car-boot sales or morning markets. Also, to do this do I need to have a pedlar’s license or is this covered in my agreement with Usborne or Avon?
All suggestions will be most appreciated.
The best event place as I found out is in your home at first then in bigger places like supermarkets and school fayres for the books. Kids love to read and selling books to their parents isn’t too hard, adults are easy for the avon stuff too, you could theme the avon night… Burlesque and alice in wonderland themed parties are good. You have usborne books and avon how about doing some anne summers work too, guud look !!!
