What are some animal mysteries for a 11yr old boy?
He has already read all of the Chet Gecko series. Trying to find other books to keep him reading.
It’s not particularly mysterious as such, but he could give the Redwall series by Brian Jacques a try.

Or you could try Robin Jarvis, but I suspect the man actually hates animals. His stuff is pretty gruesome, but…well, you decide.

I can’t think of many others, except for maybe Kate Thompson, who wrote ‘Switchers’ a while back, about children that can turn into animals.
